Kurashsoftware LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates anubissquad.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding it. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described here.
What we collect
We try to collect as little as possible. Specifically:
- Email addresses you voluntarily submit via our newsletter or contact forms. We use these solely to send you the announcements you signed up for (e.g., closed alpha invites, launch news).
- Standard server access logs — IP address, browser type, referring URL, timestamp — generated automatically by our hosting provider (Amazon Web Services). These are used for security monitoring and basic operational analytics. We don't tie this data back to individual identities.
What we don't collect
- We don't use third-party tracking cookies or behavioral advertising scripts on the Site.
- We don't sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing.
- We don't build advertising audiences, run remarketing campaigns, or sync data to social media pixels.
How we use your data
- Email addresses: only to send the updates you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any email or contacting support@kurashsoftware.com.
- Server logs: short-term operational use — security, debugging, performance. Retained briefly by AWS per their standard retention windows.
Third parties we rely on
We use a small set of trusted infrastructure providers to run the Site. They each have their own privacy practices, which we recommend you review:
- Amazon Web Services (AWS) — hosts the Site (S3 + CloudFront). Their data practices are governed by the AWS Privacy Notice.
- ImprovMX — handles email forwarding for
support@kurashsoftware.com. Their data practices are governed by the ImprovMX Privacy Policy.
Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction (including under GDPR if you're in the EU/EEA/UK, or under CCPA/CPRA if you're in California), you may have rights to:
- Request access to any personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Object to processing or withdraw consent
- Receive a portable copy of your data
