Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of anubissquad.com (the "Site"), operated by Kurashsoftware LLC, a limited liability company organized under the laws of Nevada, USA ("Kurashsoftware," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Site.
1. Purpose of the Site
The Site is provided for informational and promotional purposes related to the video game Anubis Squad™, currently in development. Content on the Site includes descriptions of features, roadmap milestones, concept art, gameplay imagery, and other materials describing the product.
Information on the Site is aspirational and subject to change. Features described may be modified, delayed, or removed as the project evolves. Nothing on the Site constitutes a binding promise that any specific feature or release date will materialize as described.
2. Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that doesn't infringe the rights of others or restrict their use. Specifically, you agree NOT to:
- Attempt to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site's normal operation
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its servers, or any related systems
- Scrape, harvest, or otherwise extract data en masse without our prior written consent
- Reverse-engineer or attempt to decompile any portion of the Site
- Use the Site to transmit malware, spam, or any harmful code
- Impersonate Kurashsoftware, our employees, or any other person
- Use the Site in violation of any applicable law or regulation
3. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, video, audio, and underlying code — is owned by Kurashsoftware LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"ANUBIS SQUAD" is a trademark of Kurashsoftware LLC, the subject of a pending U.S. federal trademark application. "KurashSoftware" and related branding are trademarks or trade names of Kurashsoftware LLC.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise use any content from the Site without our prior written permission, except:
- You may view the Site in your browser for personal, non-commercial purposes
- You may share links to the Site freely
- You may quote brief excerpts (e.g., feature descriptions) for journalistic or commentary purposes consistent with fair use
4. User Submissions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other communications to us (via email, contact form, Discord, or otherwise), you grant Kurashsoftware LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use that feedback for any purpose, including incorporating it into the game, without compensation or attribution. We're under no obligation to use submitted feedback.
5. Newsletter and Email Communication
If you sign up for our email list, we'll send you occasional updates (alpha invites, launch news, milestone announcements). You can unsubscribe at any time. We don't share your email with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details.
6. Third-Party Links
The Site contains links to third-party sites (Discord, X, YouTube, Steam, etc.). These sites have their own terms and privacy practices. We're not responsible for their content or practices. Your interactions with third-party sites are between you and those sites.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Information about the game on the Site is descriptive and aspirational. Final features, release dates, system requirements, and pricing may differ from what is shown.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KURASHSOFTWARE LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
Our total cumulative liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kurashsoftware LLC from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your use of the Site, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be reflected by a new "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Kurashsoftware LLC regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
